LONGSTANDING BUSINESS
Budd & Fay started trading in 1935 in Guildford.
After a short illness Mr Fay passed away and Daniel Steven Budd carried on the business as D.S. Budd, City Radio.
Michael, his son, joined the business after he had completed his National Service. The business then became D.S. Budd & Son.
D.S. Budd & Son moved to 3, The Square, Onslow Village in 1976 with Andy, Michael’s son, joining him in 1987.
Michael passed away in 2014 and Andy now continues to run the business, selling televisions, digital recorders, radios and audio equipment.
Budd’s radios are also one of the few businesses that still undertake repairs to electrical entertainment equipment.
